Polygonal Siever is used in Sand Preparation Plants for the removal of lumps of sand, large pieces of scrap, and non-magnetic and coarse foreign materials from the knocked-out used sand or dried new sand. This is done by using a rotating hexagonal screen of the required size. Polygonal Siever consists of Sieve Drum, Main Casing, Receiving Chute, Delivery Portion, Disposal chute, and Drive Unit. The Sieve Drum resembles the shape of a Hexagonal Pyramid. The Receiving Chute is designed in such a way that the sand will not chock anywhere in the walls of the chute and it will easily reach the sieving area. By the Rotary movement, the sand is sieved, and also the lumps breaking operation takes place which thereby improves the recovery of the Return Sand.

The Aerator consists of two dynamically balanced drive rotor systems consisting of vanes that rotate at high speed, these highly wear-resistant special alloy steel vanes provide high operating efficiency.

The molding box plays a vital role in the foundry industry, a molding box divided into two halves (known as a casting flask, the top and bottom halves of which are known respectively as the cope and drag) is prepared to receive the pattern. Which itself is divided along this parting line. Molding boxes are made in segments that may be latched to each other and to end closures. Ribs are provided on the molding box. These ribs are specially provided for larger boxes for avoiding the mould breaking by the sand load. Both the Top and the Bottom of the mould boxes are machined completely to get the parallel by which this positive closing can be achieved.

We manufacture and deliver Sand Storage Hopper. This equipment is used to store molding sand in sand processing system of LFC (Last Foam Casting ) providing molding sand for molding. The lower part is matched with a shower sand feeder or simple sand feeding device and is used for molding sand storage and moulding in LFC production.Sand storage hopper is used to store the sand in large capacity. This hoppers are used for fresh sand storage, moulding sand storage, for return sand storage etc. This hopper is fabricated from MS channels, angles & plates.Capacity Range : 5 To 100 Tons

Our Mould Car Pusher is used to eliminates manpower requirements for moving mould boxes. This system is automated with hydraulic actuators, sensors and PLC control systems. The system pushes the mould pallet car and it gets transferred to the track line one by one, in every cycle of mould. Distance of movement of mould pallet car is controlled by sensors. Break cylinders are provided at the end of the track line for smooth operation.
